We dip our fingertip into the font, when we enter and leave church, making the sign of the cross as a devotion to the Holy Trinity. This Holy water font, is a special act of grace signifying that we not only belong to the Holy Trinity, but by placing the holy water on our foreheads, we purify ourselves from our daily sinful habits.
