FAQ
Do we provide International delivery?
No. We do not provide international delivery, but incase you reside outside India, and are interested in our products, please do contact us directly, and we will surely help you with the same.
Do you do COD?
We do have a COD facility, for residents of Vashi, Nerul and KoparKhairane only
What is your return policy?
Yes. We do take back returns only if the product is damaged on receiving it . The shipping will be by borne by the sender. Please do contact us before any returns. On receiving the wrong order we will be responsible for the shipping charges.
How do I track my order?
We will provide with you the tracking number, which you can then log onto the courier service tracking website and track your order.
Will we be refunded if we receive damaged products?
Yes, you will receive a refund, if our product is damaged and returned to us. The refund will be done in the same account as the payment is received.
Can we make any changes after the order is completed?
Yes, you can make changes in the shipping address, courier service provider by contacting us directly with the order number. Please note that changes can be only made if the order is not processed until we receive your changes.
How long does it take before the order is processed?
It would normally take 24 hours after the payment is been successfully made to process the order. This is due to any changes that you would want to make can be done in this time frame.
